Camping at Via Ferrata

On the weekend the Scouts went on a camping trip to Via Ferrata in Kentucky. When they got there, they were greeted by a nice rain storm, but that didn’t stop them from setting up their tents. Luckily, the rain stopped before the actual climbing on Saturday. Via Ferrata is a large curved rock face with six actual climbing courses. The climbing courses vary in difficulty from beginner to advanced. It also includes two swinging bridges, a tight ropewalk and a log ladder. The scouts then returned to the church on Sunday at around one o’clock.
